What the brief form keeps, and for how long
This site has one place where you give us information: the packaging brief. This page says what happens to it. The rest of the site collects nothing about you.
Who keeps it

What is collected
What it holds, how it is filled and kept, its type, volume, closure, material, colour, how many and how often. This is the substance of the brief.
Your name and email, and if you give them, your company, phone, city and any message. We need an address to answer; everything else is optional.
The time the brief arrived, the language of the page you used and the country your connection came from, which tells us which language to answer in.
Why, and nothing else
The brief is used to answer the brief: to reply to you, to ask what is missing and to say whether an existing shape would do. It is not used for newsletters or advertising, not sold, and not passed to anyone outside the company.
Where it is kept and for how long
When you send the brief, it is first stored with a reference number in a key-value store run by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. That copy deletes itself 180 days after it arrives; nobody has to remember to remove it.
A copy is then sent by email to the company's mailbox so that it can be read and answered. That email, and any correspondence that follows, is kept as the company keeps its other business correspondence, and is deleted on request unless it has become part of an order.
Cloudflare also keeps short technical logs of requests to the site, as any host does, to keep it running and safe. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, no advertising and no social-media scripts. Its fonts and pictures are served from this site itself, so opening a page does not tell a third party that you did.
Asking for a copy or for deletion
Write to orders@plastar.work with your reference number, or from the address you used in the brief. We will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and confirm by email when that is done. If this page changes, the change is made here, on this page.
